Kilgetty AFC are proud to announce that 7 of their New York Welsh sponsored female players have been signed up to join the County and Pembrokeshire Schools Football teams.
Abigail Walsh, Seren Rose and Bethany Rose, Kilgetty Under 12s, attended trials for Haverfordwest County in October, receiving news that they were selected later that month. They are enjoying county training on Thursday evenings in preparation for their first game.
Kilgetty AFC Junior Girls started training April last year with age categories from under 8s through to under 12s. They now have an impressive 65 girls registered, with plenty of space available for new players. The kit sponsorship was funded by SponsorOurClub, via Ty Francis MBE's New York Welsh organization
